I am committed to nurturing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. My practice is rooted in a holistic, trauma-informed approach, where I blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and breathwork to create a tailored and integrative therapeutic journey. I believe in honoring the unique interplay of physical, cognitive, spiritual, social, and emotional aspects of well-being, helping clients find balance and harmony in their lives.
I strive to collaborate with the client in creating a safe and communicative space where clients feel empowered to explore their inner world. I focus on identifying each individual’s strengths while thoughtfully uncovering areas of growth that may influence their ability to achieve their goals. Together, we navigate these growth edges, transforming potential obstacles into opportunities for profound personal development.
I have experience working with a diverse range of populations, including children, adolescents, young adults, and athletes at all levels. I specialize in working with individuals navigating ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), anxiety, depression, social skills challenges, trauma from sexual assault, and eating disorders. My mission is to guide each client toward resilience, self-discovery, and lasting well-being, helping them thrive in every aspect of their lives.
