I strive to create a comfortable therapeutic space in which individuals of all ages and backgrounds feel safe. In helping clients manage their symptoms, I hope to contribute helpful and topical education on mental health. To create a person-centered approach suitable for everyone I strongly emphasize the humanistic value of meeting the client where they’re at and empowering the individual to help themselves reach their goals. I enjoy helping individuals navigate issues with school challenges, relationships, trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression and personality disorders. All individuals deserve an opportunity to learn about their mental health in a safe space, in order to garner the tools to manage their wellbeing.
